I’ve always believed that being healthy was more than just working out. I grew up working out, but I never felt healthy. Because even though I worked out regularly, I also ate a lot of junk food and fast food, I didn’t always get enough sleep, I was always powered by coffee without getting enough rest to re-energize in a natural way. My body and mind were in chaos. I knew this wasn’t good for me.
That’s why I started Eat Healthy Fit! This blog was a way for me to jump start my journey to a better and healthier life. It’s been a long time since then, and this blog has grown to be more than just my healthy and fitness diary. It’s become a haven for people who are coming together to pursue one goal, health.
We at Eat Healthy Fit believe that being healthy is more than just exercising. It’s also eating healthy, sleeping well, getting enough rest, having peace of mind, and being smart about your health. We bring you tips, tricks, and life hacks from yoga and fitness, home and gardening, health and wellbeing, and other matters from all walks of life!
There’s more to life than staying in your comfort zone, but going outside of your comfort zone doesn’t mean you should stop taking care of yourself and your health. It means that you should take care of yourself and your health MORE because you shouldn’t be worried about health problems when you’re out living your best life!
